Phase 1. Ship. This is the part you already know how to do.

The intercept pipeline
The two load-bearing mechanics that keep your account alive
Two things in this pipeline carry the weight. Both are mechanical, both live in plain files you can read, and both are what stop the AI from defaulting to the rhythm that gets a young founder account flagged.
Step 4b of ~/social-autoposter/setup/SKILL.md (lines 120 to 158) is a literal wizard that runs before any comment can be drafted. Five questions, one at a time, answers synthesized into a two to four sentence content_angle in first person:
- 1. What are you currently working on or building, be specific. What does it actually do?
- 2. What is your technical background? What languages, tools, or domains do you know well?
- 3. What is something you have learned recently from your work that most people in your field do not know yet, or that surprised you?
- 4. What is a recurring frustration or problem you have run into that you think others in your community also face?
- 5. Do you have any unusual setup or workflow? (Running multiple AI agents, building on niche platforms, working solo on something usually done by teams.)
The synthesis target is named explicitly in the wizard: real numbers, real experiences, not generalizations. The weak version ("software developer with experience in AI and web development") is rejected. The strong version names specific tools, specific costs, specific failures. That string is then force-fed into every comment prompt, so the model cannot draft a comment without grounding it in your real specifics. This is why phase 2 works: the comments do not read like a tool, because the tool is structurally prevented from drafting comments that do not sound like you.
Mechanic 2. The projects.topics match rule
Voice alone does not solve the spam problem. A confident-sounding comment that drops a product link in every thread is still spam. The second mechanic gates that. Each project in config.json carries a topics array. The drafter is only allowed to mention the project when a string in that array appears in the thread. The shape is documented in config.example.json with a verbatim comment line: "Topics are keywords that trigger mentioning this project in replies. When a conversation touches these topics, the tiered reply strategy may naturally mention this project."

The implementation is plain Python and a JSON config; there is no hidden ML model deciding when to drop links. You can read both files before you trust them.
Together these two mechanics flip the launch playbook from announce to intercept. The announce playbook fails on young accounts because it triggers every moderator signal at once. The intercept playbook works because every comment, whether or not it mentions your product, has standalone value in the thread. Even when the topic does not match and the product never gets mentioned, the comment still ships, still earns karma, and still trains the account's history toward something that does not look like a promotion machine.
Phase 3. Learn. First hundred users.
Phase 2 will deliver a trickle, not a flood, and that is fine. The first hundred users of a vibe-coded app are not the metric. The metric is what those first hundred users tell you. Most of what they tell you will be implicit: which feature they touched, how long they stayed, where they bounced, whether they came back the next day. A small amount will be explicit, in DMs and replies to your comments. Read every word of the explicit feedback yourself. Do not delegate this. Two weeks in, you have an actual conversation history with a dozen prospective users that you can read end to end and reason about. That history is more valuable than any analytics dashboard.
Phase 4. Compound. Convert surface area you already have into a steady drip.
By phase four you have a content_angle that is real because you tested it for a month, a list of topics that actually fire in conversations because you saw it happen, and a short list of subreddits and X queries where your audience replied. Now compound. Pin the post that worked. Edit the README of any related repo with a one-line mention. Add the URL to the bio of every account that already had any audience. Drop a sentence in the next blog post you write on your personal site. None of these are launches. Each is a tiny conversion of surface area you already have.
Phase four is also when you set the cadence to something boring. Automate the intercept pipeline on a six-hour cron. Let it run unattended. Read the daily summary, intervene when a comment in the queue does not sound right, and otherwise let the per-founder voice and the topic-match rule do their jobs. The compounding effect is not from any single comment. It is from the same content_angle landing in the same kinds of threads, with the same person attached, week after week, until a regular in the subreddit recognizes you.
