Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

What we do. S4L operates three things on one engine: an open-source autoposter repo for indie developers, a done-for-you Reddit and X/Twitter brand-awareness service for established B2C products, and a tweet ghostwriting service for founders who want a personal brand on X. S4L also operates Meditation Fellow Studio, a scheduling and publishing tool the account holder of @meditation.fellow uses to post their own meditation content to their own TikTok account through the official TikTok Content Posting API. Nothing in this service is designed to bypass a platform’s rules, automate engagement a platform prohibits, or post on accounts the user does not own.

1. Who we are

S4L is operated by Matthew Diakonov. Contact: i@m13v.com. These Terms govern your use of the S4L website (s4l.ai), the S4L dashboard (app.s4l.ai), the brand-awareness and ghostwriting services described below, the Meditation Fellow Studio TikTok integration, and any related tools we provide. Data handling is covered in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is, and is not

S4L provides creator-side and brand-side tools across four offerings:

  • The open-source autoposter repo at github.com/m13v/social-autoposter — engagement on Reddit, X/Twitter, and GitHub that you self-host with your own LLM credits. See Section 8 for the license terms that apply.
  • The done-for-you Reddit and X/Twitter brand-awareness service for established B2C products, performance-priced and described in Section 6.
  • The tweet ghostwriting service for founders who want a personal brand on X, described in Section 7.
  • Meditation Fellow Studio — a drafting assistant, a content calendar, and an API-based publishing flow that uses TikTok’s official Content Posting API on the account the holder has personally authorized.

You remain the author of your posts and the owner of your accounts. We do not impersonate you, we do not pretend to be a real human on the platform, and we do not access any account you have not explicitly connected.

The service is not a bot network, a fake-engagement tool, a follower-buying tool, or a way to run accounts that do not belong to the user. Use that fits any of those descriptions is prohibited and will be terminated.

3. Your account and your content

You are responsible for every video, image, comment, reply, and caption you publish through the service. You confirm you own or have the right to publish every piece of content you submit. You retain all ownership of your content. You grant S4L a limited, revocable license to transmit your content to the platforms you have authorized, only to fulfill the publishing actions you initiate. The license ends when you disconnect the account or delete the content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow every applicable platform’s rules. In particular:

  • Comply with the rules of every platform you publish to, including (without limitation) the TikTok Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Reddit Content Policy, the X (Twitter) Rules and Developer Agreement, and the GitHub Acceptable Use Policies.
  • Publish only content you created or have a clear right to publish. Do not infringe on copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
  • Do not use the service for spam, scams, harassment, sexual content involving minors, dangerous misinformation, or content that endangers others.
  • Do not use the service to misrepresent who is posting (no impersonation, no fake personas, no paid astroturfing).
  • Do not use the service to automate engagement actions a platform prohibits (mass following, mass liking, fake comments, follower inflation, view inflation, etc.). Our flow is for content you author or approve yourself, not for engagement farming.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or the platforms it connects to.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules, with or without notice, and we will cooperate with platform requests under their developer terms.

5. Platform terms also apply

When you connect a TikTok account, your use is also governed by the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Reddit, X/Twitter, and GitHub use is governed by each platform’s own terms and developer agreements. If anything in this document conflicts with the platform’s terms, the stricter rule wins.

6. Fees and billing

The S4L brand-awareness service is performance-priced and invoiced monthly, with no retainer, no setup fee, and no minimum commitment:

  • $1 per 1,000 impressions delivered to your buyer communities on Reddit and X/Twitter.
  • $50 per 1,000 attributed site visits from those posts to your destination URL.

Other plans (self-serve, ghostwriting, and any custom enterprise arrangement) are billed per the pricing page or the order form you sign with us, whichever is more specific. Disputes about a specific invoice must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may pause delivery until the balance is settled. The Meditation Fellow Studio TikTok integration is operated as a private scheduling tool by the account holder of @meditation.fellow and is not sold as a service to third parties.

7. Tweet ghostwriting service

If you engage S4L for tweet ghostwriting (see the ghostwriting page for current scope and pricing), the following additional terms apply:

  • Drafts are written in your voice based on the corpus you provide (your existing posts, longform writing, podcasts, or transcripts you share with us).
  • You review and approve every post before it is published. We do not publish without your sign-off.
  • Posts go out from your own X handle, which you authorize directly. You stay the author of record. We do not publish on a brand handle you do not own.
  • You can pause, change scope, or end the engagement at any time with written notice; we will stop drafting at the next billing cycle.

8. The open-source repo

The S4L open-source autoposter at github.com/m13v/social-autoposter is provided under the license file shipped in that repository, and that license — not these Terms — governs your use of the source code itself. These Terms still apply if you use the hosted s4l.ai website, dashboard, or any S4L-managed service. Running the open-source repo on your own infrastructure with your own API keys and LLM credits is your own deployment, and you are responsible for ensuring that deployment complies with the rules of every platform it touches.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the service at any time, disconnect any platform from the source platform (TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, GitHub), and request deletion of stored tokens and content by emailing i@m13v.com. We will complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain records. Token and content retention details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will be delivered, will remain live, will reach an audience, or will not be removed or restricted by the destination platform. The platforms make those decisions, not us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for paying customers, by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
